Frequently Asked Questions.
Floral Design
-
Yes, I offer delivery throughout Somerset, Hunterdon, and Morris counties (NJ), or you can pick up your order directly from my studio.
-
In some instances, a photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, I can ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please inform me to ensure availability.

Although I do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful florals, it is important that customers understand that fresh flowers are extremely delicate and require proper care. The way you treat your flowers will impact how long your flowers will last!
If you are not happy with the life of your flowers, please get in touch at sajmadeflorals@gmail.com within 72 hours of your pickup or delivery date. Please provide a detailed description of the quality issue as well as photos of your flowers.
In the event that a customer has a valid quality issue, I can exchange the faulty arrangement/bouquet for a new arrangement/bouquet. Refunds are not offered.

Yes, but please keep your resin piece out of constant/direct sunlight and do not store in a place with extreme heat. Heat and constant sunlight will cause the resin to yellow over time.

Although your special flowers are dried using a specific technique to maintain the shape, the color may change and vary based on the type of flower.
Additionally, floral bruising is a natural occurrence that can happen when preserving flowers in resin. These transparent spots can appear on flowers once resin is poured on them, showing the life of the flower, from harvest to event to now preservation.
-
All resin and epoxy will amber over time. This is inevitable. I use high-performance grade resin with UV inhibitors, however with proper care and limited UV exposure, the ambering should be slow. I provide instructions with every preservation item to ensure yellowing/ambering is minimal.
My work is handmade by me and thus you may find small surface imperfections, such as microbubbles, dust and/or uneven edges.
